Precision instrument designed for electricity meter clock verification with high-stability time base and GPS synchronization.

  • Pulse input measurement: 0.1 Hz-1 MHz, with automatic daily time error calculation
  • 1.3" OLED display, simple keypad, remembers last output frequency
